Your day-to-day in this position

• You will reverse-engineer proprietary, third-party Windows products to recover undocumented behavior, derive interop specifications, and produce reference reproductions of how complex commercial software actually works under the hood.
• The work is investigative: no source code is available.
• Most days end with a refined hypothesis rather than a finished feature.
• We expect you to drive your own research, set your own milestones, and report findings a teammate could re-walk from your notes alone.
• Analyze and bypass security and anti-virus mechanisms: Deep-dive into Windows Defender, browser protections, and EDR signals to ensure a clean, unblocked installation flow for our software ecosystem.
• Handle end-to-end product engineering: Transition seamlessly from low-level research to higher-level development tasks, including taking existing products, rebranding, and fully preparing them for global distribution.

• Invent creative workarounds: Face automated flagging and negative SEO head-on, coming up with unorthodox, custom solutions where no blueprint or standard documentation exists.

You will own the full marketing strategy and execution — not as a distant strategist, but as a hands-on leader who builds systems, holds the team accountable, and drives measurable revenue growth.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Revenue growth

• Define and deliver the path to $70K MRR
• Own contribution to pipeline, trials, activations, and paid conversions
• Model, forecast, and optimize the full marketing funnel — from awareness to revenue
• Continuously reduce CAC while improving conversion across the funnel

Channel strategy and execution

You will lead and optimize our current growth channels:

• Brand — Reddit, LinkedIn, Shopify/Klaviyo communities. Build visibility, trust, and brand-led demand.
• Partnerships — Agencies, affiliates, media partners. Scalable co-marketing and referral revenue.
• Marketplaces — Shopify App Store and other distribution platforms.
• SEO — Organic acquisition, content, and LLM/AI visibility.
• PPC — Paid search and performance campaigns with clear ROI.

You will scale what works, stop what doesn’t, and test new channels when the data supports it.

Brand among Shopify merchants

• Make Claspo a recognized, trusted brand in the Shopify ecosystem
• Build presence where merchants actually ask for recommendations — Reddit threads, community forums, partner channels, and review sites
• Turn brand visibility into measurable engagement: signups, trials, and marketplace installs

Team leadership and operations

• Lead the marketing team to hit both growth and operational targets
• Set clear KPIs, run weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for the executive team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must have:

• 5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or CMO)
• Proven track record of scaling ARR/MRR in B2B SaaS — ideally MarTech, ecommerce tools, or CRO products
• Hands-on experience with our core channels: SEO, PPC, partnerships, community/brand marketing, and app marketplaces
• Exceptional data and analytics skills — funnel modeling, attribution, dashboards, and ROI reporting

We're looking for a smart QA engineer who can operate independently on a small remote team — flexing between manual, automation, and exploratory work as the situation calls for it, using AI tools to move faster.
 

What you'll do:

• Own QA across multiple projects — manual, automated, and exploratory

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Android BSP Engineer with deep expertise in Android platform development, BSP customization, and system integration. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in embedded software/firmware development, Android HAL, and Android BSP, with strong knowledge of Android camera, display, and media subsystems.

This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest Android versions (preferably Android 14 and beyond), contributing to the development and optimization of Android-based embedded platforms. You will work at the intersection of hardware and software, helping to integrate, customize, and enhance core Android platform components while solving complex system-level challenges.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team developing and optimizing Android-based platforms, collaborating closely with hardware and software engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Technical Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in embedded software/firmware development.
