Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for debit, credit, and virtual card products.
• Launch card programs from scratch: from BIN sponsorship and Visa/Mastercard approvals to card issuance and transaction processing.
• Manage integrations with processing platforms, personalization bureaus, and settlement partners.
• Oversee the enablement of Apple Pay, Google Pay, and tokenization services.
• Ensure compliance with Visa/Mastercard standards, PCI DSS, and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define product requirements and track key metrics (interchange, transaction volumes, active card usage).
• Work with payment networks and partners to optimize card economics and enhance customer experience.

What We Expect from You:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or card program management within banking or fintech.
• Proven track record of launching Visa and/or Mastercard card products.
• Strong understanding of card scheme rules, BIN sponsorship, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Pay, Google Pay, tokenization, and card transaction flows.
• Familiarity with processing systems, card personalization, and settlement operations.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
