Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager who will own how the company executes, not just track tasks, but design, document, and continuously improve the processes behind them.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own execution quality: tasks delivered on time, at standard, without chaos.
  • Write and maintain process documentation: instructions, checklists, RACI, metrics, etc.
  • Build and track operational metrics; identify root causes of delays and fix the process.
  • Run ops rhythm: daily/weekly reviews, decision logs, follow-up on commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional handoffs (finance/sales/delivery); define and enforce SLAs.
  • Configure and optimize tools (CRM, task manager, Google Sheets); automate routine.

Must Have

  • 3+ years in ops, delivery, or project management at a structured company.
  • Concrete case studies of process optimization or systematization.
  • Strong analytical skills: data, metrics, understanding the ops-to-finance link.
  • Experience writing process documentation (regulations, instructions, RACI, escalation frameworks).
  • CRM, Google Workspace, Google Sheets.
  • English at least B1 (Intermediate), preferably Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to Have

  • Background in finance, law, technical sciences, or public administration.
  • Process automation or BI experience.
