Junior AI Project Manager

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, fast-moving, and AI-native project manager who can lead large-scale content production operations across multiple teams and platforms.

This is not a traditional “manager” role.
You will be responsible for coordinating content systems end-to-end: scripting, AI-assisted content creation, production pipelines, execution management, creative quality control, and team performance.

The ideal candidate is both:

• a strong operator/project manager
• and a hands-on AI content creator who deeply understands modern AI tools, short-form content systems, and high-volume media production.

We operate at startup pace — decisions get made fast, priorities shift when they need to, and everyone keeps up. Expect a mix of async work and live Zoom calls within the same day, screen sharing, real-time problem solving. We're transparent about using a time tracker — if you're confident in your output, it won't be an issue.
 

Responsibilities

Content & Creative Operations

• Manage end-to-end content production pipelines
• Coordinate scripting, editing, posting, and execution workflows
• Oversee production workflows and publishing schedules
• Ensure fast turnaround while maintaining high-quality standards
• Review content for quality, consistency, and platform optimization
• Build scalable AI-assisted content systems and workflows

AI Content Creation

• Use AI tools for scripting, ideation, research, editing, voiceovers, visual generation, subtitles, and automation
• Create and refine prompts for AI video and content generation tools
• Improve workflows using automation and AI-assisted production systems
• Stay updated on the latest AI content tools, trends, and techniques

Team Management

• Manage remote creative teams
• Assign tasks and monitor deadlines
• Track KPIs, productivity, and output quality
• Optimize workflows and identify operational bottlenecks

Strategy & Execution

• Translate business goals into content execution plans
• Coordinate launches, campaigns, and multi-platform content initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and media direction
• Analyze performance data and optimize content operations accordingly

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI content creation tools and workflows
• Experience with short-form and long-form content production
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Ability to work in high-speed startup environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation systems and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools
• Understanding of performance-driven content strategy
• Experience scaling media/content operations
