- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Ukrainian.
- Strong editorial judgment with attention to detail and quality.
- 1+ years of proven experience as a technology content writer, copywriter, or similar.
- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, understand various technical topics, familiarity with AI.
- Data-driven approach and ability to conduct research using multiple sources.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic experience with Figma, Canva, and similar.
- Proficiency in working with Google Docs, Sheets, and related tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
As a plus:
- Relevant experience writing for B2B, SaaS or tech brands would be a HUGE plus.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.

- Acquire deep knowledge of HelpCrunchβs software, niche and target audience to clearly articulate the unique selling points.
- Create high-quality, fact-filled, thoroughly researched, and engaging content for blog posts, news, email newsletters, case studies, help center articles, landing pages, e-books etc.
- Utilize best practices in SEO to maximize content visibility and engagement.
- Craft engaging social media posts, and distribute content through other relevant channels.
- Ensure all-around consistency β style, fonts, images, brand positioning, and tone of voice.
