You'll work closely with the B2B Lead and our product, tech, and marketing teams while owning your own pipeline, targets, and outbound motion.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own an outbound pipeline of new B2B accounts: HR/People leaders, executives, and business owners
• Run cold outreach across LinkedIn and email sequences
• Qualify leads, run discovery, and lead first meetings
• Own deals full-cycle, from first touch through negotiation to close
• Close deals offline and face-to-face with Ukrainian companies when needed
• Manage your pipeline in CRM with discipline on stages and next steps
• Support development of the partnership channel by reaching out to new partners
• Consistently hit targets for meetings, pipeline, and revenue

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development with a focus on outbound
• Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline from cold outreach (LinkedIn, email), not only converting inbound or warm leads
• Hands-on experience closing deals with corporate clients
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with concrete deal sizes and cycle length
• Strong negotiation skills
• Solid CRM discipline
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Ukrainian at native/fluent level
• Based in Kyiv
• Self-organized, autonomous, and comfortable navigating complex deals
• Genuine belief in advancing psychotherapy and wellbeing

We're growing our sales team and looking for a player-coach — someone who leads by example, closes deals themselves, and makes the people around them better.

What you'll do:

As a player:
— Own and close your own pipeline (Upwork, LinkedIn, outbound, inbound)
— Step in to support or rescue any team deal when needed
— Stay the most credible voice in any sales conversation

As a lead:
— Set weekly/monthly targets, track conversion and pipeline health
— Report to CEO on revenue forecast and blockers
— Find new channels and opportunities to grow the pipeline
 

What we're looking for:
— 5+ years in sales, 1+ year leading a sales team — digital agency or IT background strongly preferred
— You are still actively selling — not someone who stopped 2 years ago
— Hands-on Upwork experience — required
— Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, Local SEO, GMB
— You coach by working alongside people, not by lecturing)
— English: C1 or higher
