Full Stack Development
Hi All,
We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our remote team of 5, dedicated to supporting and developing several digital platforms for a single B2B client in Germany — a well-known hotel chain.
This is an hourly-based engagement, with an expected workload of approximately 100–140 hours per month.
We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, who can confidently work with an existing production codebase and take ownership of development tasks.
Main areas of work:
- Full-stack development and ongoing support of existing booking and customer-facing systems
- Backend development and API integrations
- Frontend development with Next.js / React
Maintenance, refactoring, and continuous improvement of existing platforms.
We’re flexible regarding the balance between backend and frontend work and can adjust it depending on your strengths and preferences. Experience with Strapi or another headless CMS, as well as a basic understanding of Kubernetes / cloud infrastructure, would be a strong plus.
A security-oriented engineering mindset is highly desirable. We expect developers to think not only about whether something works, but also about how it can fail, be misused, or create security risks.
For sure, we actively use AI tools in development and expect you to be comfortable working with them. At the same time, we are looking for an engineer who still thinks independently, understands the code being produced, questions AI suggestions, and can solve problems without blindly relying on generated answers.
For us, AI should make a strong engineer more productive — not replace engineering judgment.
The interview process consists of two stages:
- Introductory call — to get to know each other, discuss your experience, expectations, and the project.
- Live coding session with our CTO. During the live coding session, you are welcome to use AI tools and Google. We actually encourage using the tools you normally work with. The only requirement is that you share your screen and show how you use them, including what you ask AI or search for. We are interested not only in the final solution, but also in your reasoning, engineering decisions, and approach to solving problems.
