B2B Business Development Manager

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to power the outbound engine of our B2B direction. This is a full-cycle, hands-on sales role: you'll open new corporate accounts from first touch all the way through to close. You'll work closely with the B2B Lead and our product, tech, and marketing teams while owning your own pipeline, targets, and outbound motion.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own an outbound pipeline of new B2B accounts: HR/People leaders, executives, and business owners
  • Run cold outreach across LinkedIn and email sequences
  • Qualify leads, run discovery, and lead first meetings
  • Own deals full-cycle, from first touch through negotiation to close
  • Close deals offline and face-to-face with Ukrainian companies when needed
  • Manage your pipeline in CRM with discipline on stages and next steps
  • Support development of the partnership channel by reaching out to new partners
  • Consistently hit targets for meetings, pipeline, and revenue


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development with a focus on outbound
  • Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline from cold outreach (LinkedIn, email), not only converting inbound or warm leads
  • Hands-on experience closing deals with corporate clients
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with concrete deal sizes and cycle length
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solid CRM discipline
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Ukrainian at native/fluent level
  • Based in Kyiv
  • Self-organized, autonomous, and comfortable navigating complex deals
  • Genuine belief in advancing psychotherapy and wellbeing


Nice to have

  • Experience in mental health, HR tech, or wellbeing sectors
  • Experience working with partnership channels
