The Role

Your "product" is the entire developer experience (DevEx) for our R&D department. Your "customers" are all the other engineers in teams like Tenants, Assets, and Market. We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team and work on an impactful healthcare technology project. PROJECT
The project focuses on building and maintaining large-scale cloud-based data infrastructure for healthcare applications. It involves designing efficient data pipelines, creating self-service tools, and implementing microservices to simplify complex processes. The work will directly impact how healthcare providers access, process, and analyze critical medical data, ultimately improving patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and team leads to define and design efficient pipelines and data schemas
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform for cloud platforms
• Design and implement large-scale cloud data infrastructure, self-service tooling, and microservices
• Work with large datasets to optimize performance and ensure seamless data integration
• Develop and maintain squad-specific data architectures and pipelines following ETL and Data Lake principles
• Discover, analyze, and organize disparate data sources into clean, understandable schemas

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with cloud computing services in data and analytics
• Experience with data modeling, reporting tools, data governance, and data warehousing
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for distributed data processing
• Experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with big data databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
• Experience with stream processing technologies such as Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor with at least one year of experience in a similar role and a minimum of Upper-intermediate English proficiency to join our international team and contribute to our diverse workplace

In this role, you will oversee our customer support team during the shift, guide and mentor the team, and work closely with high-level customer support inquiries.

We don't care about your background - you are yours, as they say - though this position has its requirements and ground rules: you have to be a personable and reliable team player with a customer service mindset, ability to multitask and think on your feet whilst calmly handling customer and team inquiries with a smile.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 🦾

• Email processing
• Providing guidance to agents during the shift on customer-related cases

• Managing the break schedule for agents during the shift
• Communicating brand-related updates to the team (via Slack, Zendesk)

• Chat, document and payment processing when required (not daily)

   

A FEW MUSTS ❗

• Have at least one year of experience in the IGaming industry in roles such as Senior Customer Support, Shift Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Experience with SoftSwiss and/or TMA platforms and proficiency in chat and email support. 
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English (this is the official office language).
• Be interested in learning about iGaming and increasing your tech knowledge.
• Be happy to work different shifts: our Customer Services Department is open 24/7 (be ready to have 2-night shifts from 5 weekly.
