We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who will drive consistent brand presence across digital and offline channels. Backed by a strong B2C legacy and technically advanced products (platform modules, payments, CRM, risk management, etc.), your mission is to enhance brand awareness, support business development, and strengthen lead generation through coordinated marketing, event, and media initiatives.

The product company is looking for a Lead C++ Developer to work remotely. 

The company provides ultra-low latency financial backbone systems to tier-1 banks in the EU and the US. LITSLINK is looking for a motivated Sales Trainee / Junior Sales Manager who wants to start a career in IT services sales and learn how to acquire clients via different outbound channels and platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, interest in IT, and a results-driven mindset. You will go through structured onboarding and hands-on training with real projects and mentorship from experienced sales managers.

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT services and software development
• English level: Intermediate+ (written & spoken)

• Basic understanding of B2B communication or client interaction
• Readiness to work with cold outreach on platforms (e.g. Upwork, LinkedIn or similar)

Responsibilities

• Learn how to sell IT services (software development, dedicated teams, UX/UI) via outbound channels and platforms
• Search for relevant projects and assist with proposal writing
• Communicate with leads and support pre-sales activities
• Qualify incoming requests and help clarify client requirements
• Support estimation and deal-closing process together with mentors
• Maintain CRM and sales reports
• Follow internal sales processes, templates, and guidelines

Responsibilities:
● Active search and attraction of new customers in the B2B segment;
● Building chains of contacts: creating scripts and message templates, sending them and responding to the first contacts with leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, E-mail and other channels;
● Conducting negotiations with potential customers and organizing meetings for Sales managers;
● Entering and updating data in the CRM system for efficient customer and contact record keeping;
● Enriching the base of potential customers using tools such as Snov.io, Sales Navigator and others.
