About the Role
FLH Services is helping an international iGaming companyfind a Game Producer who will take ownership of the full game development lifecycle from the initial concept to the successful launch of premium slot games.
The company is building high-quality products for regulated markets across Europe, Asia, and Africa and is looking for someone who combines a strong product mindset with a deep understanding of casino games, player behaviour, and commercial performance.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating engaging gaming experiences that balance creativity, mathematics, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full game development lifecycle, from concept through release.
- Define the game vision, mechanics, features, and overall player experience.
- Create and maintain Game Design Documents (GDDs) and detailed product specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Mathematics team to balance gameplay, RTP, volatility, and commercial performance.
- Partner with Art, Animation, Audio, Development, and QA teams to transform concepts into polished, high-quality games.
- Prioritize features, manage production timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ensure games meet regulatory, certification, and market requirements.
- Analyze player behaviour, product performance, and operator feedback to continuously improve the player experience.
Help establish scalable product development processes, standards, and best practices as the company continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Owner, Game Designer, or in a similar role within iGaming or Game Development.
- Strong understanding of slot games, casino mechanics, player psychology, and game economies.
- Experience creating Game Design Documents (GDDs) and managing product requirements.
- Good understanding of casino mathematics, including RTP, volatility, paylines, bonus mechanics, and progression systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align creative and technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where your ideas and decisions have a direct impact on the product.
- English proficiency sufficient for working in an international team.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching games in regulated markets.
- Familiarity with certification processes, including MGA, GLI, iTech Labs, and BMM.
- Experience working with proprietary game engines or gaming platforms.
- Knowledge of monetization strategies, player retention mechanics, or product analytics.
