Sales Manager (B2B IT Services)

We're looking for a proactive Sales Manager who is passionate about IT sales, enjoys building relationships with international clients, and is eager to contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Communicate with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and video meetings.
• Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment, delivery, and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales in an IT outsourcing or software development company.
• English level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher) - both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM systems.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT services.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international markets (US, UK, Europe).
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools.
• Understanding of outsourcing, outstaffing, and dedicated team business models.
