About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support & Fulfillment Lead to take ownership of our customer support and fulfillment operations.

This role combines team coordination, analytics, process improvement, and hands-on operational work. You will help ensure that customers receive high-quality support, orders are processed smoothly, and internal processes continue to improve as the brand grows.

What You’ll Do
 

• Lead day-to-day Customer Support & Fulfillment operations and help organize the team’s workload.
• Monitor key support metrics, including First Response Time, Resolution Time, backlog, and CSAT.
• Oversee fulfillment performance and help resolve delayed, stuck, lost, or problematic orders.
• Track chargebacks, refunds, win rates, and recurring customer issues.
• Analyze operational challenges and help identify practical solutions.
• Support and develop Customer Support team members through regular feedback and guidance.

What We’re Looking For
 

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, Operations, or Fulfillment.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Senior Specialist, Supervisor, or in a role with ownership of processes or a small team.
• Strong e-commerce experience, ideally in a Shopify-based business.
• Experience supporting or managing Customer Support agents.
• Good understanding of Customer Support metrics and service quality.
• Experience with fulfillment, shipping, warehouses, and order management.
• Experience with chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and customer claims.

The key objective of the role is to take product design from concept to developer-ready implementation - including UX flows, UI, prototypes, localization, RTL, light/dark themes, and edge cases.

• Design end-to-end experiences for FCE’s mobile app and web platform.
• Create UX/UI for complex transactional flows: onboarding, KYC/KYB, accounts, balances, buy/sell, exchange, withdrawals, transaction history, 2FA/OTP and more.
• Cover the full user journey, including empty, loading, validation and error states — not just the happy path.
• Work confidently within FCE’s existing design system and continuously improve it where needed.

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
 

What you will do

• Research relevant companies and contacts
• Find and verify professional email addresses
• Build, clean, and maintain prospect databases
• Set up and manage cold email campaigns in Instantly or similar platforms
• Manage 20+ sending accounts and up to ~2,000 emails per day
• Monitor mailbox health, deliverability, bounce and spam rates
• Add or replace sending mailboxes when needed
• Monitor campaign performance and identify issues
• Keep campaign data organized and provide short daily updates
   

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience launching and managing cold email campaigns
• Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Reply.io, Snov.io, Mailshake, or similar tools
• Understanding of deliverability, mailbox health, sending limits, bounce and spam rates
• Experience finding and verifying professional emails
• Experience working with multiple sending accounts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large databases
• English B1+

Customer Success Manager

• Manage client business profiles, develop Success Plans for key accounts (Tier 1–2), and design action plans to mitigate churn risks.
• Create and execute expansion plans (upselling/additional monetization) by proposing new platform features and services that address clients' business needs.
• Analyze client payment metrics, conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), and proactively advise on optimizing their payment infrastructure.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Business Development within the B2B segment.
• Industry Background: Proven experience in product-led IT companies or the FinTech sector (payments, money transfers, payment gateways).
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to build long-term, trusting relationships, manage complex or "silent" accounts, resolve conflicts, and advocate for the company's interests while keeping clients satisfied.

The Real-Time division has initiated a Cyber Security Issues Remediation program to address critical security vulnerabilities across its cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities in AWS infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
