We’re looking for an Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to help us grow our apps through short-form content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
 

This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, creator partnerships, and UGC-driven growth. You’ll work with both influencers and UGC creators to build a scalable short-form content engine that reflects our brand values while also supporting measurable growth goals.
 

You’ll be responsible not only for managing influencer collaborations, but also for working with creators who produce UGC-style content, testing different formats, hooks, and narratives, and helping us understand what resonates most with our audience.
 

What you’ll do
 

• Identify and partner with new influencers while managing and scaling relationships with existing ones
• Develop and execute creator marketing initiatives focused on short-form video 
• Source, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and UGC creators
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of UGC content aligned with brand tone and messaging
• Test different content formats and creator approaches to understand what performs best
• Review and provide feedback on content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Track and analyze performance using available data to continuously improve results
• Stay up to date with creator, influencer, and short-form video trends

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.
We are currently looking for a part-time AML Officer.

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

• Designing and launching AML processes for a new product from scratch
• Setting up CDD / EDD procedures and ongoing monitoring at the initial operational stage
• Identifying, investigating, and escalating suspicious activities within the newly launched platform
• Preparing SAR/STR reports and establishing interaction with regulators
• Developing and implementing AML/KYC policies, procedures, and internal controls for the new product
• Participating in licensing of the new product and initial regulatory audits

• Building cooperation with PSPs and internal teams during platform launch

   

📚 Your qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional AML/KYC experience in iGaming/international banks/payment institutions/EMI/PSP or fintech companies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AML policies and procedures
• Hands-on experience with client onboarding and transaction monitoring
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations
• English level B2+
• Ability to independently build AML operations

• Working with multiple teams (6 teams, 15+ developers) by providing technical support and expertise.
• Conducting code reviews, mentoring, and supporting developers in solving complex technical challenges.

• Communicating with stakeholders and translating business goals into effective technical solutions.
• Building, optimizing, and automating development workflows (local development, deployment, CI/CD, project adaptation).

What we expect from you:

• At least 5+ years of overall software development experience
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Python
• Deep understanding of PHP
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript with practical experience in Vue.js
