Key tasks:

Your background:

• 4+ years of active experience with Node.js and PHP.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with API-based systems (REST, RPC).
• Experience with Redis/Memcache or similar technologies.
• Experience with Docker configuration.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Verbal and written English and Ukrainian (for candidates from UA).
• Practical experience with development for Shopify/Wordpress/Magento and other popular CMS systems as a plus.

The Role

2D Spine Animator for character and interactive object animation. You'll bring our characters to life: building rigs, base animation cycles, and expressive animations that players interact with every day.

Stack & Style

• Spine (Professional) — rigging, mesh deformations, skins, IK
• Chibi characters in the style of Avatar World / Toca Boca — soft, "bouncy" animation, no realism
• You'll receive production-ready assets: our 2D artist delivers layered PSDs with clear separation of body parts and clothing elements

What You'll Do

• Rig characters in Spine with skin system support (interchangeable outfits, hairstyles, accessories — no re-rigging required)
• Base cycles: idle, walk, run, emotions, object interactions
• Animations for interactive objects and props in locations
• Export and optimization for Unity (spine-unity runtime): atlases, naming conventions, bone/mesh budgets
• Close collaboration with our Unity developer and 2D artist

About the role
 

We are looking for a crypto-native person to represent n1stake and build relationships across the blockchain ecosystem.

This is relationship-led business development, not traditional sales. There are no aggressive sales quotas and no deals to close. Your focus will be finding the right people, starting conversations, applying to relevant programs, and patiently building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Find and contact protocols, foundations, ecosystem teams, and network representatives
• Grow delegated stake on blockchain networks
• Find and apply to grants and RFPs
• Track and apply to foundation delegation programs
• Identify early validator, genesis, and pre-mainnet opportunities
• Build and maintain a clean pipeline of ecosystem contacts
• Write personalised emails and direct messages
• Follow up with contacts and manage ongoing conversations
• Monitor relevant Discord communities and ecosystem announcements
• Update the relationship pipeline in Notion
   

You will not be responsible for:

• Infrastructure, nodes, or monitoring
