About the Role:

You will own the end-to-end motion-creative pipeline for high-velocity performance campaigns. Working alongside strategists and media buyers, you’ll translate briefs and performance signals into scroll-stopping, sound-off video and motion graphics optimized for modern paid-social channels. Success is measured by hook engagement, retention, CTR, and downstream conversion - you’ll ship, analyze results, iterate, and scale variants in tight feedback loops.

This role demands full autonomy over AI-driven production systems, direct influence on multi-seven-figure ad budgets, and a mandate to stay ahead of every new generative model and editing tool. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-volume, performance-focused video and motion assets for paid social, including UGC-style ads, short-form clips, and advertorial/native content
• Craft thumbstop hooks and fast time-to-value in the first 1–3 seconds, optimized for sound-off viewing
• Deliver assets in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9), natively formatted for each placement

Required Competence and Skills:

• 4+ years in video editing/motion design - performance marketing, paid social, or DTC
• Strong hands-on experience with AI creative toolsets, including video generation (e.g., Runway, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, Veo), image generation (e.g., Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream), voice/audio (e.g., ElevenLabs), and AI-assisted editing (e.g., CapCut, Descript, Adobe Firefly).

As the company continues to grow, TeqBlaze is looking for an AdOps Specialist: proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced programmatic environment. 

Our candidate has a strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, enjoys solving technical challenges, and communicates confidently with international partners. 

This role is on the client side of our white-label programmatic platform, helping partners manage and optimize their advertising infrastructure and monetization processes.

What you will be doing:

• supporting the technical onboarding of new partners, including DSPs, SSPs, and publishers;
• testing integrations and validating initial launches;
• configuring and optimizing platform settings to improve traffic quality and revenue performance;
• communicating daily with international partners via email and calls, troubleshooting issues, and sharing performance updates;
• monitoring and analyzing key metrics such as fill rate, win rate, and eCPM to identify optimization opportunities;
• performing regular financial and technical reconciliations between platform data and partner reports;
• investigating discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them;
• monitoring traffic quality and helping identify invalid or low-quality traffic patterns.

Your background:

• 2+ years of AdOps experience within a programmatic environment (SSP, DSP, ad network, or publisher side);
• good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and industry standards, including OpenRTB, ads.txt, and key performance metrics;
• excellent English level, you’ll communicate with international clients daily;
• strong analytical skills and confidence working with excel or google sheets;
• high level of independence, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tasks.
