We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to help us identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

What you’ll do

You’ll own the full sales cycle for IT outsourcing and custom software development services — from presenting our capabilities and understanding client needs to negotiating terms, closing deals, and managing client relationships.

You’ll work closely with our team to match client needs — including web/mobile development, dedicated teams, staff augmentation, and technical consulting — with the right solution and proposal.

You’ll also help us build a predictable and repeatable sales pipeline rather than relying on one-off wins.

Responsibilities include

• Running discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their technical and business needs.
• Preparing and presenting proposals, estimates, and pitch materials in coordination with our delivery/PM team.
• Negotiating contract terms and closing deals under Fixed Price and Time & Material models.
• Maintaining the CRM and sales pipeline with accurate stage tracking and forecasting.
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and partners across the US, UK, and European markets.
• Staying up to date with IT outsourcing market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management — ideally within IT outsourcing, software development, or a related B2B services/agency environment.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written — you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients across the US, UK, and Europe.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Familiarity with software development terminology and project models such as Fixed Price, T&M, Dedicated Team, and Staff Augmentation is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with commission-based incentives.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Engagement terms

• Compensation: Fixed base salary + commission on closed deals. We’re open to discussing the structure based on experience and track record.
• Location/time zone: Open to candidates who can work with US, UK, and European client hours.
• Long-term collaboration: This is an ongoing opportunity. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow the sales function with us, not a one-off contractor.
