Remuneration depends on skill level, ownership, and the value you can create. For this role, we expect most candidates to land around 2k-3k $/month, with room to go higher for someone who can take serious ownership from day one. Across the company, our technical compensation range is roughly 1.5k-5k $/month, from junior to senior-level contributors. We don’t care much about years of experience on a resume; we care about what you can actually deliver. About the Team

We are looking for a WordPress Developer (Middle) to join Group107. This role requires equal strength across PHP backend and TypeScript/SCSS frontend — a full-stack WordPress specialist who owns the entire lifecycle of ACF Gutenberg blocks from field group definition through compiled assets, with no handoff points. You will be the single person responsible for quality across the stack: server-side rendering, component architecture, build pipeline, and deployment.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience;
• Strong knowledge of PHP 8.0+, OOP principles, and strict typing;

About the Role

We are building a game provider aggregator platform from scratch and looking for an Engineering Lead to design the architecture, drive technical execution, and build the engineering team from the ground up. You will be responsible for scalable, high‑load systems that integrate dozens (and later hundreds) of game providers while ensuring reliability, security, and performance for international operators.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and engineering roadmap of the aggregator platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high‑load backend systems (millions of API calls, low latency, fail‑safe flows).

This is a strategic, high-ownership role across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and ad networks, with room to layer in additional channels as we scale, but the primary responsibility is to work with Meta.

This is not a campaign-launch executor role. We need someone who has scaled a subscription app profitably in the US market before, thinks in LTV-payback horizons rather than day-1 ROAS, and can build a paid acquisition function from the ground up.

What you’ll own

• Full ownership of paid user acquisition on Meta Ads: strategy, structure, budget, optimization.
