YouTube Content Creator (AI Automation content)

We're looking for a YouTube Content Creator (Automation) to build, run, and grow our automation YouTube channel from the ground up. This is not a video-editing role. This is a full-loop content position — you own everything from topic research to building the automation to scripting, recording, and hitting publish.

You're a technical person with a teacher's instinct: you love digging into tools, and you get just as much satisfaction from explaining them clearly. You're probably already automating things in your own life and following n8n, Make.com, and the latest AI releases — not because you have to, but because you're genuinely hooked.

🎯 What you'll do:

• Own the full video workflow: topic research → build the automation → script → record → rough cut → publish
• Research and validate trending topics in the business-automation niche using data
• Build, test, and troubleshoot real-world automation workflows (n8n, Trigger.dev, etc.) to feature in videos
• Write structured, engaging scripts that balance storytelling with technical clarity — not a copy-paste from ChatGPT
• Record high-quality technical screencasts (OBS, Screen Studio or similar)
• Generate AI voiceovers and video avatars with tools like ElevenLabs and HeyGen
• Assemble rough cuts / pre-edits to lock the structure before handing off to post-production
• Manage the full release cycle on YouTube: metadata optimization, titles/thumbnails, and initial promotion
   

🧩 Requirements: 

Must-have:

• Real, hands-on automation experience — you've built workflows in n8n, Claude Code, or similar (not just watched a tutorial)
• Ability to write a clear, structured video script — logical and well-paced
• Screencast recording with OBS, Screen Studio, or similar
• Basic video editing / cuts in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere
• Solid understanding of the full production lifecycle: ideation → scripting → recording → post-production
• Understanding of YouTube mechanics — CTR, retention, and title/thumbnail chemistry
• Confident daily user of generative AI tools and LLMs for workflow and content creation
• Strong English — Intermediate or higher (research technical topics, read docs, structure scripts)
• Self-starter with strong ownership and a real commitment to deadlines
   

Will be a plus:

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for assembling rough cuts
• Design skills in Canva or Figma for eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets
• Familiarity with the wider dev/automation ecosystem (Trigger.dev, Cursor/Cody)
• You already automate your own life — personal projects, freelance, daily workflows
• Active LinkedIn, blog, or YouTube presence about automation/AI (even a small following)

You don't need to be a master of all of this. If you're genuinely strong in one area — automation, YouTube strategy, or video production — and hungry to learn the rest, we'll provide the training and mentorship to bridge the gaps.
