    Job Summary

    As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining Productive Shop’s brand identity, UI/UX components, and marketing assets. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create high-quality designs that enhance user experiences and strengthen our brand presence.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain Productive Shop’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Create and optimize design systems and style guides to improve workflow efficiency and visual uniformity.
    • Design user-friendly interfaces for digital products, focusing on UI/UX best practices.
    • Work with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business goals into engaging designs.
    • Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and advertisements.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to create visually appealing and intuitive web experiences.
    • Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback and iterate accordingly.

       

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in web design, particularly for B2B digital products.
    • Deep expertise in UI and UX, including usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
    • Proven experience in creating and optimizing design systems and style guides.
    • Expert knowledge of Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variables.
    • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
    • Up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in design.
    • Strong English communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder presentations.

       

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in SaaS or B2B tech environments.
    • Familiarity with web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless collaboration with developers.
