We are looking for a Head of Revenue Growth. You will own the full revenue engine across a portfolio of mature, monetizing platforms in social discovery and live-streaming, not one funnel, not one channel, but the whole picture. That means P&L accountability, paid acquisition across mobile and web, monetization strategy, product growth experiments, and the unit economics that tie it all together. • Strong hands-on experience in growth / performance marketing for dating, social discovery, live-streaming, or IAP products, across both mobile apps and web funnels
• Demonstrable strong command of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, ROMI, payback, contribution margin) — able to build the model, not just read it
• Proven experience scaling paid acquisition on mobile and web: Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic/DSP (e.g., Moloco) are a strong advantage
