The role

You close deals. Foreign manufacturers looking at Ukraine come to you warm from our outreach team, and you take them from the first call to a signed engagement. You also stay with the account afterwards, so the client you signed is the client you keep.

You will not be cold-writing to strangers all day. Our outreach department generates and qualifies most of the flow. But the best deals usually come from a person's own network, and we expect you to work yours as well.

Our analysts build the material behind you. The founders join the calls that need them.

What we are looking for

• An existing network. Ideally in defence. A strong network in tech is also valuable if you can carry it across
• 2+ years in B2B business development, sales or partnerships, with deals you closed yourself
• A defence background is a strong plus but not a condition. A general understanding of the industry is enough to start
• Fluent English. You will write to CEOs and COOs every day
• Native Ukrainian
• Ability to understand a technical product fast and explain it without jargon

PROJECT

The project focuses on building a predictive modeling and optimization platform on top of a live ad exchange environment. The platform evaluates and filters advertising supply in real time, predicts high-performing audience contexts, builds look-alike audiences from small seed datasets, and optimizes campaign performance across multiple business objectives and operational constraints.

The team works on complex machine learning challenges including censored bid-landscape modeling, sparse and delayed conversion attribution, calibration systems, counterfactual evaluation, and constrained optimization models. The solution is designed for large-scale production use and close collaboration with the Customer’s internal data science organization.

Job Description

• Build and improve censored bid-landscape models to estimate clearing-price distributions from partially observed auction data
•  Develop real-time win probability estimation models responsive to bid pricing dynamics
• Design and implement hierarchical lift estimation models with confidence-bound-based selection strategies
• Build conversion propensity models using sparse, delayed, and aggregate-only labels
• Develop look-alike audience modeling approaches using positive-unlabeled learning and embedding-based nearest-neighbor techniques

Sales Process

The Sales Representative is expected to take ownership of the sales pipeline:

A lead should never be left without a clearly documented next action or follow-up date.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written English, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the confidence to speak with both homeowners and commercial clients.

The candidate must be highly organized, comfortable working with CRM systems, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and persistent with follow-ups without being overly aggressive.
