    The Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist who can take full ownership of our SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies. You will play a critical role in building our organic search presence, developing content that attracts and converts, and increasing inbound demo bookings. Reporting to the Growth Lead, you will be the driving force behind building a scalable inbound acquisition engine.

    This role is ideal for someone who is excited about hands-on execution, has a strong understanding of how modern search is evolving with AI, and wants to make a measurable impact in a growing SaaS company.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    SEO Strategy & Execution:

    • Own and execute Liveforce’s SEO strategy with a focus on driving inbound demo bookings.
    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
    • Optimise website architecture, on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO health.
    • Perform regular audits and monitor rankings, visibility, and site performance using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
    • Stay ahead of evolving SEO trends, including AI-powered search, Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE), and multi-modal search experiences.

     

    Content Marketing:

    • Plan, create, and manage SEO-optimised blog posts, landing pages, case studies, white papers, and other lead-generating content.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content that supports buyer journeys and addresses industry pain points.
    • Develop content briefs and collaborate with freelance writers, designers, or external partners as needed.

     

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop and execute an organic social media strategy to support content distribution, brand awareness, and engagement (primarily LinkedIn).
    • Build and manage a content calendar for regular posting.
    • Monitor social performance metrics, engagement, and community interaction.

     

    Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track, analyse, and report on organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and lead generation performance.
    • Use data to continually refine SEO, content, and social media strategies.

     

    Bonus Responsibilities (Nice to Have):

    • Support in setting up and optimising paid search or LinkedIn ad campaigns.
    • Explore emerging tools and tactics to expand our organic reach.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience driving SEO growth for SaaS or B2B businesses.
    • Strong understanding of modern SEO, search intent, and AI-driven search changes.
    • Excellent written English and content creation skills.
    • Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot.
    • Solid understanding of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
    • Experience developing and executing organic social media strategies (especially LinkedIn).
    • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
