Reputation Manager Offline

We're hiring a skilled Reputation Manager to lead our brand presence across platforms like Google, Trustpilot, and Reddit. You’ll craft smart responses, turn negative feedback into wins, and use AI to automate and scale your impact.

Requirements:

- 3+ year of experience in reputation management
- Excellent written English (B2+)
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Reddit
- Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier) or a willingness to learn
- Bonus: experience working with GPT (ChatGPT/OpenAI), Notion, Google Sheets, or AI-based

Responsibilities: 

- Monitor online reviews and brand mentions across Google, Trustpilot, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, forums, and other platforms
- Develop and implement a strategy for managing and improving the company’s online reputation
- Respond to both negative and positive reviews using the brand’s tone of voice
- Reach out to users who leave negative feedback to understand the issue, resolve it, and encourage them to update their review
- Launch and manage workflows for collecting positive reviews from loyal users
- Develop and execute a long-term PR strategy to strengthen the company’s public image and media presence
- Collaborate with SEO or content teams to suppress negative search results on Google
- Prepare weekly reports on reputation dynamics, risks, and progress

Automation & AI Responsibilities:

- Automate monitoring of brand mentions and feedback across multiple platforms, ensuring nothing important slips through the cracks
- Use AI to assist with drafting responses, identifying sentiment, grouping recurring issues, and g enerating regular reputation reports
- Build efficient workflows that streamline outreach, follow-ups, and early detection of reputational risks
