As a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta), youβll take full ownership of Meta marketing strategy from crafting the structure and testing systems to managing a monthly budget of $300Kβ1M+. In this role, you will
- Develop and execute Meta Ads strategy (Mobile + Web2App + App2App) for company products
- Build Meta infrastructure for traffic acquisition β accounts, credit lines, integrations, and landing assets
- Plan and manage large-scale budgets ($300Kβ1M+ monthly)
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: CPA, CTR, IPM, CR, ROAS, LT0/LT7 ROMI
- Design and implement creative and funnel testing structures across creatives, landings, and geos
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to maximize ROMI
- Build and optimize Web2App (Click β Landing β App Store β Install) and App2App (App β Deep Link β Install/Purchase) funnels
- Prepare regular reports and presentations based on test results and insights
- Maintain close communication with ad network managers
- Initiate and validate new hypotheses to scale growth
Itβs all about you
- 3+ years of experience running Meta Ads for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Proven expertise with Web2App and App2App funnels
- Strong command of Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager, and Conversion API
- Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Understanding of SKAN 4.0, iOS privacy limitations, and optimization for SKAdNetwork
- Experience with data analytics and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of creative pipelines β testing, iteration, IPM/CTR analysis, and scaling frameworks
- Experience with automation for campaign testing, bidding, and management
- Upper-Intermediate+ English for daily communication and documentation
