У цій ролі вашим функціоналом буде:

— побудова та підтримка зрілої, масштабованої бухгалтерської функції
— ведення та повний контроль бухгалтерського та податкового обліку, звітності, коректності закриття періодів та якості фінансових даних
— забезпечення своєчасного та якісного закриття звітних періодів
— забезпечення високого рівня готовності до зовнішнього аудиту
— розвиток методології обліку, внутрішнього контролю та автоматизації облікових процесів
— контроль податкових ризиків, договірної логіки та регуляторної відповідності
— забезпечення ефективного податкового адміністрування, контролю своєчасності та повноти виконання податкових зобов’язань, а також прогнозування податкового навантаження
— організація та координація взаємодії з державними органами, банками, зовнішніми аудиторами та іншими контролюючими або регуляторними сторонами в межах бухгалтерської функції
— підготовка та координація формування повного пакета документів, матеріалів і пояснень у межах зовнішніх перевірок, аудитів і регуляторних запитів
— забезпечення своєчасного, повного та коректного формування і подання бухгалтерської, податкової та іншої обов’язкової звітності
— управління бухгалтерською командою та розвиток функції відповідно до складності й масштабу бізнесу

Твої майбутні задачі:

• моніторити активність користувачів під публікаціями сторінки в Facebook;
• відповідати на коментарі під постами у визначеному tone of voice (швидко, чемно, з увагою до емоційної реакції читача);
• використовувати AI-інструменти для швидкої генерації/шаблонізації відповідей і перевірки відповідності tone of voice;
• стимулювати дискусію та залученість читачів — задавати питання, підштовхувати до реакцій, делікатно модерувати емоційні пости;
• фіксувати повторювані або негативні коментарі як індикатори проблем у статтях/постах та передавати їх керівнику.
• виконувати прості операційні задачі, пов’язані зі створенням та перекладом контенту.

• Розробка та підтримка backend-сервісів на Go;
• Проектування та розвиток REST API;
• Розробка внутрішніх інструментів для editorial/content workflows;
• AI-автоматизація процесів (модерація, fact-checking, генерація контенту);
• Інтеграція із зовнішніми API та рекламними платформами (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads тощо);
• Робота з highload-сервісами та оптимізація продуктивності;
• Підтримка production середовища та участь у вирішенні інцидентів;
• Code review та участь у технічних обговореннях команди;
• Написання unit-тестів;
• Участь у продуктових та архітектурних дискусіях.
   

Що допоможе бути ефективним/ною в цій ролі:
 

• Комерційний досвід з Go від 2 років;
• Загальний backend-досвід від 3 років;
• Досвід розробки та підтримки REST API;
• Розуміння підходів Clean/Hexagonal Architecture і DDD;
• Розуміння web-domain та стандартних backend patterns;
• Впевнене знання SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL);
• Docker та розуміння CI/CD процесів;
