General QA

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AQA (Automation Quality Assurance) Engineer with strong experience in Java, using Selenide or Selenium, to join our dynamic team.

This role is focused  on automation (30%) and manual testing (70%).

The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and experience building and maintaining automation frameworks, particularly for web applications.

This is a fully remote position.

We are able to take TRAINEE as well as STROGN JUNIORS
 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java Selenide or Selenium for web applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
3. Design, implement, and execute automated test cases to verify functionality, performance, and scalability of web applications.
4. Identify, prioritize, and report defects found during testing, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
5. Participate in test planning, estimation, and review sessions to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
6. Continuously improve automation test cases.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to test automation and quality assurance.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an AQA Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 0.5 year of experience.
2. Basic understanding in Java programming language and familiarity with Selenide or Selenium WebDriver.
3. Basic understanding of OOP concept
4. Experience in developing and executing automated test suites for web applications.
5. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Basic knowledge in AWS/GCP/Azure would be an advantage.
