Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer (MSP)

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer to join our MSP team and support SMB customers across the USA.

This is a hands-on senior technical role for an experienced L2/L3 engineer who is comfortable working in dynamic MSP environments, handling escalations, troubleshooting complex Microsoft infrastructure issues, and supporting multiple customers at the same time.

You will work directly with Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management, security, automation, and infrastructure operations while helping junior engineers with escalations and technical guidance.

 

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional IT infrastructure experience
  • Previous MSP experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work EST business hours
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in remote environment
  • Experience supporting SMB customers in production environments

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Microsoft-based customer environments
  • Handle L2/L3 escalations from Service Desk team
  • Troubleshoot complex endpoint, identity, and cloud issues
  • Work with Intune deployments, policies, compliance, and security baselines
  • Support onboarding and migrations for SMB customers
  • Maintain documentation and technical standards
  • Assist junior engineers with troubleshooting and guidance
  • Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives
  • Work across multiple customer environments simultaneously
  • Support proactive maintenance and monitoring activities
