What you'll do:
- Coordinate internal operations and culture-driven initiatives within the leadership team and HR.
- Organize meetings, training, and key events; manage follow-ups that keep priorities clear.
- Maintain dashboards, task boards, and documentation while refining processes for flow and visibility.
- Partner with the AI & Automation team to enhance our data tracking and operational metrics.
- Support the CEO in strategic planning, information flow, and organizational alignment.
- Collect insights from data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
