We are looking for a data-driven Retention Marketing Manager to drive conversion optimization across our core paid channels — with a primary focus on CRO, A/B testing, Emails and Push Notifications.

As part of our team, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and UA team to optimize paid funnels, test performance hypotheses, and maximize ROAS — playing a critical role in scaling the most-funded app on Kickstarter and the #1 product in its category.

What you’ll be working on:

• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests across quiz funnels, monetization pages, and onboarding flows together with the Product and Development teams.
• Implement CRO strategies to improve conversion across web and app funnel touchpoints.
• Own marketing analytics using tools like Amplitude, AppsFlyer, and Campaignswell to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.
• Research market trends and competitors to generate and validate new growth hypotheses.
• Build and optimize automated CRM journeys across email and push channels.
• Analyze CRM performance, user segmentation, and campaign results to continuously improve engagement and retention.
• Launch personalized, data-driven emails.
• Grow email into a measurable, attributable revenue channel.
• Launch push notification lifecycle programs for onboarding and at-risk users.
• Grow push opt-in rates on iOS and Android.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:

• 1+ years in marketing roles focused on conversion optimization or emails / push notifications.
• Strong knowledge of CRO & growth tactics, growth experiments, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Basic understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing
• Experience with mobile apps or web-to-app funnels.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel, Tableau/Data Studio, and attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust.
• A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to move fast based on data.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. OneSignal, Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Mailchimp, etc.)

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Onboarding Technician is responsible for guiding new customers through the setup, configuration, and successful adoption of Nextiva’s platform. This role combines customer support, technical configuration, and product training to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with initial account setup via phone and screen share
• Guide customers through login, configuration, and product functionality
• Configure accounts, call flows, and devices with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform network checks and basic troubleshooting
• Test configurations to ensure successful implementation
• Deliver customer training on features and product usage
• Meet daily productivity and performance metrics (appointments, call handling, completion rates)
• Handle both inbound onboarding calls and scheduled appointments
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams such as Sales, Product Support, CRM, and other internal groups to improve the overall customer experience
   

AI & Future-Focused Responsibilities

• Demonstrate interest in AI tools and automation in customer support/onboarding workflows
• Collaborate with AI-driven onboarding systems by handling escalations or edge cases AI cannot resolve
• Contribute insights to improve AI onboarding agents based on real customer scenarios

We’re looking for an experienced Bonus Manager / CRM Bonus Specialist to join an iGaming product on a part-time, outsourced project basis.

This is a project-based role with a clear scope: set up and optimize the bonus system on the platform so that all bonuses are configured correctly, triggered properly, and actually reach eligible players.

Main responsibilities:

• Audit the current bonus setup and identify gaps or broken mechanics
• Configure bonus mechanics directly within the platform / back office
• Set up welcome offers, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, reloads, promo campaigns and other retention mechanics
• Build clear eligibility, activation, wagering and expiration rules
• Configure player segmentation and bonus distribution logic
• Make sure bonuses are correctly triggered based on player actions and lifecycle events
• Set up GEO-specific and player-specific bonus conditions where required
• Test the full bonus flow from eligibility to activation, wagering and completion
• Identify and fix cases where players do not receive bonuses correctly
• Build a structured bonus policy for the product
• Define limits, restrictions and anti-abuse rules
• Make sure bonus mechanics are understandable for both players and internal teams
• Prepare documentation so the internal team can manage and launch bonuses independently after the project is completed

What we’re looking for:

The goal is to deliver a fully functioning and structured bonus ecosystem where the right players receive the right bonuses under the right conditions — with clear logic, proper tracking and no broken flows.

We’re looking for an experienced Game Manager to join an iGaming product on a part-time / outsourced project basis.

This is not a full-time role. We need someone to take ownership of a specific block of work and build an effective game distribution and lobby setup by GEO.

Main objective:
Configure game routing and content distribution so that users in each GEO see the most relevant and strongest-performing gaming setup for their market.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit the current game catalogue and provider structure
• Identify top-performing games and providers by GEO
• Build the logic for game distribution across different markets
• Configure game ranking, positioning and visibility by country
• Create dedicated game sets / lobby configurations for priority GEOs
• Remove or deprioritize irrelevant or weak-performing content
• Take into account provider availability and GEO restrictions
• Build a clear structure that the internal team can maintain and scale
• Provide recommendations for further lobby optimization based on performance

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience in online casino / iGaming product
• Strong understanding of casino games and providers
• Knowledge of GEO-specific player preferences
• Experience with lobby management and game positioning
• Understanding of how to define and maintain top games
