Together with our Collaborative Marketing Team Lead, Nataliia, we’re looking for a UGC Specialist to scale creator partnerships and boost the performance of our UGC creatives.

The Collaborative Marketing team works across three core areas: influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and UGC advertising. The UGC direction is the largest and plays a key role in supporting our paid media efforts.

In this role, you’ll primarily work with UGC for physical products — collaborating with creators to produce ad-ready content that highlights real-life use, benefits, and emotions. You’ll also occasionally support digital products, applying the same performance-driven UGC approach.

Roles/Responsibilities  

• Provide day-to-day testing for a team serving Notifications to the audience 
• Promote a culture of quality within the team - providing Test representation right from discovery, requirement gathering, estimations to delivering to audience. 
• Collaborate with peers to improve the team’s software development methodologies such as pairing, code and documentation reviewing, and continuous delivery. 
• Lead the definition and execution of suitable Test approaches based on the needs of the product and our audience. 
• Establish an automated testing framework. 
• Write and maintain automated tests in continuous deployment pipelines. 
• Explore methods for testing machine learning algorithms, pipelines and data quality. 
• Lead the troubleshooting of issues, identify the underlying cause and own this process through to resolution, liaising with other teams where appropriate. 

Essential  

• Experience working in a multi-discipline Agile team. 
• Typescript/Node coding experience. 
• Mobile/Web testing experience 
• Experience with API automated testing frameworks. 
• Experience with full stack testing 
• Experience using Postman, Bruno, Insomnia or similar API testing tools. 
• Pairing and performing code reviews. 

Desirable 

• Python and/or JavaScript coding experience. 
• Experience with AWS services (for example S3, EC2, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Code Pipeline, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch etc). 
• Experience working with load and performance testing. 
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas to a non-technical audience. 
• Aptitude to learn new technologies, keep up to date with the testing community and explore new ways of working. 
• Experience of machine learning and/or artificial intelligence.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in the Android ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond basic testing, dive into the logs, and even perform code modifications when necessary. If you have experience with SDKs and a passion for data-driven development, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log Analysis & Debugging: Use Logcat to identify why a specific event isn't firing, then add custom log triggers to the code to pinpoint the exact failure in the logic.
• Automation Scripting: Write a new Appium / Espresso / other test suite to cover a newly released feature, ensuring it integrates with our CI/CD pipeline.
• Analytics Validation: Check the Firebase Debug View to ensure that custom parameters (like user ID or purchase event) are being sent correctly from the app to the backend.
• SDK Integration Testing: Use Charles Proxy to intercept network traffic from a 3rd-party SDK, verifying that the data packets are encrypted and reaching the correct endpoint without slowing down the app's UI.
• Code Modification: Identify a minor bug in a layout or a hardcoded string.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Use AI Tools to quickly generate boilerplate unit tests or use LLMs to analyze complex stack traces from a crash report.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 4+ years of a relevant experience
• Android Studio Knowledge: Experience working with Android Studio, including the ability to navigate the environment and manage projects. You need to know how to use the Logcat for real-time debugging, the Layout Inspector, and the Profiler (to monitor CPU/Memory).
• Logging & Debugging: Ability to monitor, analyze, and add logs to the codebase for troubleshooting and performance tracking.
• Automation Development: Experience in building and maintaining automation scripts/frameworks.
• Analytics & Backend Platforms: Hands-on experience working with Firebase or similar analytics platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Code Modifications: Ability to perform direct modifications and updates within the source code.

• Charles Proxy / Fiddler: Crucial for SDK testing.
