About the role

For a Lead Generation Ops Specialist position, we are looking for an excellent outbound automation practitioner and proactive channel builder who thrives on delivering outcomes to stakeholders and for the business. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel outbound pipelines in IT services or agency environments targeting the US, Canadian, and European markets. What you'll be doing

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound, lead generation, or growth ops, ideally within an IT services company or agency working with US/Canada/EU markets
• Hands-on experience running full-cycle outbound campaigns, from list building to generating replies
• Solid understanding of email deliverability fundamentals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmup, and inbox rotation

We're looking for an L&D Manager to build the learning and development function at True Group from the ground up. There is no existing LMS, no structured onboarding tracks, no co-funding process — you'll design and launch all of it, then own it long-term.

This is a role for someone who believes that learning is a business driver, not an HR add-on. You'll work closely with HR Operations, team leads and managers across all our structure to identify what people need to grow — and then build the infrastructure and programmes to make it happen. We are looking for a Junior Strong/Middle Project Manager who can effectively coordinate software delivery, support collaboration between teams and clients, and ensure projects move forward in a structured and predictable way.

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on project management experience, understands software development processes, and is ready to take increasing ownership of project delivery while working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery leaders.

Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in IT project management or project coordination

Responsibilities:

The specialist will work in a DevOps team whose primary focus is developing standard and typical solutions using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm. So good expertise in those technologies is required. We also deploy and support infrastructure that is based on a K8S clusters (without on-call duties). That means troubleshooting k8s and AWS cloud services. Strong knowledge of GitLab CI and ArgoCD gitops tool will help you greatly. Occasionally a linux system administration and bash/python scripting too.

About the project:

A retail business in the United States is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS) with LS Central — and they need someone who can own the functional side of that implementation. This is a hands-on, client-facing engagement: you'll be the person translating retail operations into working system configuration, running workshops, and seeing the project through to go-live. The assignment is long-term and starts from day one of the project.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Lead functional analysis and configuration of Business Central and LS Central for retail operations — POS, inventory, and multi-store scenarios included.
• Own requirements gathering and functional design: run workshops with stakeholders, document what's needed, and translate it into system configuration.
• Drive user training and UAT, ensuring the client's team is fully prepared before go-live.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact— coordinating with both the client and the technical/development team when issues arise.
• Own data migration support and functional issue resolution through go-live and stabilization.
