    To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on BI expertise. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, fluent in SQL, and able to bridge business while driving data-driven decisions.

     

    Required Skills

    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in financial services or lending.
    • Strong business-focused data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data in a business context.
    • Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, aggregations, window functions, performance optimization).
    • Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI required).
    • Experience building end-to-end dashboards and performance reports.
    • Experience in reconciliation processes involving financial data (loan balances, payments, etc.).

    Requirements

    Must have:

    • 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development
    • Strong React Native experience - shipped at least one production app professionally (not side projects). Familiar with Expo, Reanimated, and React Navigation, Web Sockets.
    • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript
    • Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR)
    • Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform conventions (Apple HIG, Material Design)
