We're a CRO agency for DTC brands on Shopify. We need a designer who can take an existing page and design the change we want to test, and who can build landers that turn paid traffic into buyers. Everything is designed mobile first, because that's where most of the traffic and most of the problems are. Focused work, and lots of it.

What you'll do

• Design test variants for PDPs, collection pages, cart, homepage and modules like sticky ATC, upsells and pop-ups
• Design landers for paid traffic: advertorials, listicles, pre-sell and quiz pages
• Make multiple versions of the same idea for split tests

• Work mobile first, inside each client's brand guidelines

   

What you need

• 3+ years in e-commerce design, ideally DTC
• A portfolio with conversion work: before, after, and what changed
• A real understanding of why people buy and why pages fail
• Strong Figma skills: clean components and proper auto-layout

• Comfort with losing tests. Data settles it.

   

Nice to have: Shopify and Klaviyo email experience.
