We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and responsive Marketing Associate to join our team and support day-to-day execution across multiple marketing channels. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight timelines.
You’ll play a key role in tracking campaign execution, maintaining documentation for vendor proof, and assisting with reporting and presentation development. The ideal candidate is meticulous, quick to respond, and comfortable working with digital tools and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Proof of Performance (POP) Tracking:
o Take and organize screenshots of marketing placements across web, email, and social channels
o Name, archive, and manage POP assets with proper file hygiene
o Prepare and submit POP claims to vendor partners
o Collaborate with internal teams (channel owners, creative, AR, merchants) for timely collection of POP materials
Reporting & Analysis Support:
o Pull reports from Google Analytics (GA) and Looker as needed
o Provide data and insights to support campaign recaps and vendor updates
Presentation & Communication Support:
o Assist in creating and updating decks for internal and external stakeholders
o Help crop and format images for presentations or internal use
o Draft or edit basic marketing copy as needed
Project Support & Coordination:
o Assist with light Jira ticket management and task tracking
o Keep team members updated and aligned through clear, timely communication
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
· Excellent attention to detail and file organization skills
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Highly responsive and proactive in following up on tasks
· Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
