Outbound Sales Team Lead
What You’ll Do:
- Create, test, and optimize phone scripts and objection-handling frameworks
- Personally handle calls in the beginning to develop the “perfect pitch”
- Hire, train, and lead a growing team of outbound sales agents
- Build efficient calling workflows and manage outreach lists
- Monitor KPIs: contact rate, lead conversion, call quality
- Provide regular coaching, QA, and performance reviews
- Work closely with Sales, Lead Management, and Product teams to improve results
Own the performance and evolution of the outbound calling department
What We Expect:
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level)
- Experience in U.S. real estate sales or wholesaling (will be a plus)
- Proven ability to lead or coach sales or call center teams
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable taking initiative and driving new ideas fast
