Outbound Sales Team Lead

What You’ll Do:
 

  • Create, test, and optimize phone scripts and objection-handling frameworks
  • Personally handle calls in the beginning to develop the “perfect pitch”
  • Hire, train, and lead a growing team of outbound sales agents
  • Build efficient calling workflows and manage outreach lists
  • Monitor KPIs: contact rate, lead conversion, call quality
  • Provide regular coaching, QA, and performance reviews
  • Work closely with Sales, Lead Management, and Product teams to improve results
  • Own the performance and evolution of the outbound calling department

     

What We Expect:
 

  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level)
  • Experience in U.S. real estate sales or wholesaling (will be a plus)
  • Proven ability to lead or coach sales or call center teams
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude
  • Comfortable taking initiative and driving new ideas fast
