What You Will Do

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and maintain a monthly indirect revenue strategy

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take ownership of a critical product area — supplier integrations and communication flows — and help us make them scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.

You will own a product area that sits at the intersection of external integrations, internal systems, and user experience.
 

PunchOut & Supplier Integrations

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier integrations — from discovery to launch and ongoing support
• Build and maintain relationships with external supplier representatives (both technical and business)
• Proactively drive integrations forward: follow-ups, coordination, troubleshooting
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding supplier integrations
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
   

Supplier Management

• Own and evolve supplier-related functionality in the product
• Improve supplier onboarding and management flows
