A Junior Project Manager who understands how project delivery works and wants to grow in that direction. Prior experience isn't required — a bit of hands-on experience or a PM/BA course graduate ready to learn on real projects both work.

What you need

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of 2D artists;
• Ownership of the visual quality of game projects, including style consistency, readability, and overall polish;
• Estimation, task planning, and deadline control for 2D art production;
• Building and improving 2D art pipelines for mobile games, prototypes, and playable ads;
• Art QA: reviewing assets and ensuring they meet visual and technical requirements;
• Creating key 2D assets, concept art, visual explorations, and quality benchmarks when needed;
• Defining visual direction through concepts, references, and style guidelines;
• Close collaboration with developers, game designers, 3D artists, animators, and other team members;
• Conducting technical interviews for 2D artists;
• Setting up workflows for fast and efficient content production;
• Using AI-assisted tools where appropriate to speed up production while maintaining artistic quality and consistency.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of professional experience in 2D art for games, preferably mobile;
• Experience in a Lead / Senior role with team management or mentorship;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 2D game assets, illustrations, and concept art;
• Strong drawing, rendering, and visual development skills;
• Experience creating concept art for characters, environments, props, and other game content;
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar graphic editors;
• Strong understanding of stylized 2D art, including casual, hyper-casual, and mid-core styles;
• Solid knowledge of color theory, composition, perspective, lighting, shape language, and visual hierarchy;
• Experience creating game illustrations, props, environments, maps, backgrounds, rewards, textures, and other game assets;
• Strong Art QA skills and ability to maintain visual consistency across the project;
• Understanding of mobile game production pipelines and technical limitations;
• Experience building or improving art production workflows;
• Ability to estimate tasks, prioritize work, and balance quality with production speed;
• Strong communication, feedback, mentoring, and problem-solving skills;
• Basic knowledge of Unity or another game engine;
• Basic understanding of 3D graphics and using 3D tools as part of the 2D production workflow;
• Love for games!
