Chief Product Officer (FinTech)

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product strategy and development across our FinTech product portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a product leader who can combine product strategy, team leadership and strong business ownership. You will work closely with business and cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and connect product decisions with measurable business results.

You will manage a team of 2 Product Managers and oversee the development and growth of several FinTech products.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy across our FinTech products
• Own product priorities and manage the product roadmap
• Lead and develop a team of 2 Product Managers
• Identify opportunities for product growth, new features, markets, customer segments and monetization
• Own and analyze key product and business metrics, including revenue, conversion, retention, LTV and unit economics
• Analyze customer behavior, user journeys and product performance
• Validate product hypotheses and make data-driven decisions
• Work closely with Development, Marketing, Sales/BD, Finance and other teams
• Participate in launching new products and scaling existing ones
• Build and improve product management processes across the company
• Ensure that product initiatives translate into measurable business impact

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a CPO, Head of Product, Product Director, VP Product or in a similar leadership role
• Mandatory FinTech experience and a strong understanding of financial products and business models
• Experience managing multiple products or product lines simultaneously
• Experience managing Product Managers and building an effective product function
• Strong knowledge of product strategy, roadmap planning, discovery, delivery, product analytics and unit economics
• Strong business mindset and ability to connect product decisions with revenue and business outcomes
• Experience launching products or major features from scratch and scaling existing products
• High level of ownership, autonomy and ability to make strategic decisions

It would be a strong advantage if you have experience with

• Other high-risk or complex digital product environments

Experience working in a company with multiple products or product verticals is particularly valuable, especially where the product leader was responsible not only for delivery but also for business performance, monetization and product growth.
