Responsibilities / Your Impact:

• Comprehensive tax analysis of the complex international transactions and structures.
• Design and implementation of the best tax practices to the everyday Group’s operations.
• Analysis of the main legislation initiatives in the field of international taxation.
• Delivering the tailor-made solutions for the businesses from the tax&structuring perspective (exploring new markets; launching new products etc.).
• Advising colleagues from different departments on the tax side of different business decisions.

Required qualifications and skills:

• 5+ years of experience in law firms / Big 4 / local or international top-tier companies within the respective domain.
• A degree in law from a Ukrainian or foreign university
• Fluent English
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve complex legal issues
• Action-oriented, well-organized, self-starter
• Skillful translator of complex legal issues into plain business solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Will be a plus:

• Expertise in complex M&A deals
• Strong understanding of the contemporary OECD developments in the field of international taxation
• Participation in moot court competitions will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple products and audiences.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize ad performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).
• Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copy, and formats for maximum engagement.
• Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for the marketing team.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager features, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.

Job Description

2+ years of developing and bolstering automated QA systems and associated test strategies
Programming skills in Python
Experience in developing and supporting testing frameworks, and developing automated test scripts (would be a plus)
Understanding of Page Object pattern, knowledge of other automation patterns;
Good working knowledge of at least one Linux/Unix-based platform as well as Windows;
Experience in QA methodologies, a clear understanding of QA processes and artifacts;
Experience with Scrum/Agile;
Good communication and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, developed interpersonal skills;
Highly motivated, energetic, and able to easily switch between assignments. Ready for challenges!
