About the Project:

We are building an international AI SaaS product and assembling a high-performance growth team focused on rapid experimentation and scalable user acquisition.

Our approach is data-driven: we test fast, iterate aggressively, and scale only what works.

We are looking for a designer who understands that the goal is not just to create visually appealing content, but to produce creatives that generate measurable results — clicks, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-converting advertising banners for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, and others.

- Develop engaging video creatives, including UGC-style content, short-form ads, and performance-driven video formats.

- Adapt and scale competitor creatives while maintaining strong positioning and originality.

- Generate new creative concepts from scratch, including hooks, visual approaches, and messaging angles.

- Work actively with AI tools to significantly speed up content production and testing cycles.

- Collaborate closely with the growth and marketing team to test hypotheses and improve performance.

- Occasionally design landing pages and marketing presentations to support campaigns and product positioning.

Workload & Output Expectations:

- Produce 5–10 original creative concepts per week (completely new ideas and approaches).

- Create 10–15 adapted creatives per day based on competitor analysis and existing winners.

- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data, minimizing the number of revisions needed for approval.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in performance marketing creatives (not just branding or static design).

- Strong understanding of key metrics such as CTR, hook rate, and conversion rate.

- Ability to think in terms of marketing performance, not just design aesthetics.

- Experience in video production, especially UGC-style and short-form content.

- High proficiency with AI tools for generating images, videos, and content.

We are looking for a Data Engineering Specialist who is passionate about building systems that shape business outcomes. This role will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing the data platform.

You will drive and manage large-scale data migration and modernization initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted, high-quality data that drives business intelligence, analytics, and innovation. 

As a Data Engineering Specialist, you will be at the forefront of building scalable pipelines, architecting data solutions, and ensuring the data platforms can support real-time insights and long-term growth. 

Responsibilities and Duties: 
• Take ownership of coding and solution design while collaborating with internal and external engineers on design, development, and deployment of data pipelines and solutions. 
• Design and implement end-to-end data migration strategies from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms. 
• Manage data architecture and data modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, data governance policies, and performance requirements. 
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Databricks, Airflow, dbt). 
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable data solutions. 
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and integrity through robust testing and monitoring. 
• Drive best practices in DevOps for data – CI/CD. 
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to data engineers.

Qualifications Required: 
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering / Analytics domain with at least 3 years in Digital Analytics 
• 7+ years of experience in SQL 
• 4+ years in Python 
• Experience with building a data lake over Cloud / Azure, ADF, Synapse, and Databricks – Delta Lake 
• Proven expertise with tools like ADF, Qlik Replicate, FiveTran for data integration and ETL processes. 
• Strong understanding of Python scripting and use of libraries (NumPy, Pandas) 
• Extensive hands-on experience with MS Fabric, including data warehousing, SQL optimization, and cluster management. 
• Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Data Bricks, Event driven data processing using Function Apps/Lambda is preferred • Understanding of Web services (SOAP, XML, UDDI, WSDL) 
• Strong knowledge and experience in event driven architecture using standard message queues (i.e.RabbitMQ, SQS or Kafka)

SoftButler seeks a Middle QA Automation Engineer to build and own mobile test automation from the ground up. We're an innovation-driven startup valuing ownership and technical depth. Build the automation framework from scratch, perform manual testing (80% automation / 20% manual), set up CI/CD pipelines, and work with native iOS and Android test layers. Fully remote with optional Kyiv office access. English level — B2+.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build a native mobile automation framework from scratch using WebdriverIO and Appium (Page Object Model, environment configs, custom utilities)
• Write, maintain, and expand automated UI tests for native iOS and Android apps — simulators, emulators, and real devices via BrowserStack
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
• Integrate BrowserStack for real-device testing across multiple OS versions and screen sizes
• Cover the API layer with automated tests alongside mobile UI coverage
• Perform manual testing for complex flows and edge cases that require human judgment
• Define test strategy, own coverage metrics, and contribute to QA best practices across the team
• Maintain clear testing documentation: test plans, run reports, local setup guides
   

REQUIREMENTS:

• B2 English (for communication and technical documentation)
