Senior Finance Manager

Our model is validated, and we’re entering a scaling phase with a clear roadmap toward a future US IPO. Finance here is not a support function — it’s a core driver of speed, control, and long-term dominance.

We’re looking for a senior finance professional to take full ownership of this function and operate at a CFO level from day one.

Your Scope:

• Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet
• CFO-level responsibilities, including financial strategy, cash flow management, and capital allocation
• Financial planning, forecasting, and long-term modeling (including IPO readiness)
• Building and leading a lean, scalable financial infrastructure
• Providing clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support rapid and sustainable growth
• Own and optimize cash flow, costs, and overall financial performance
• Build financial systems that ensure transparency without slowing down the business
• Partner closely with leadership on key financial decisions and growth priorities
• Contribute to long-term positioning, including preparation for a potential US IPO

• You have experience in a senior finance role (Finance Manager / Head of Finance / similar)
• You’re comfortable operating across both strategy and hands-on execution
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity
• You think beyond reporting — using finance as a tool for decision-making and growth
• You take ownership and move fast without waiting for perfect structure

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, startups, or high-growth environments
• Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or IPO preparation
• Experience building financial processes from the ground up
