Senior Finance Manager

We are building a next-generation financial infrastructure designed to optimize and scale payment performance.

At the core, our system acts as a smart payment dispatcher — dynamically routing each transaction through the most optimal path based on risk level, approval probability, and real-time performance across multiple payment providers, banks, and processors.

By intelligently segmenting traffic and continuously learning from transaction data, we maximize approval rates, extend user lifetime value, and drive higher revenue per user.

More than just managing payments, we are building a financial engine that serves as a strategic advantage — enabling speed, control, and scalability in a market traditionally dominated by rigid financial systems.

Now entering a scaling phase, our focus is on building a high-performance infrastructure capable of redefining how modern payment ecosystems operate.

Your Scope:

• Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet
• CFO-level responsibilities, including financial strategy, cash flow management, and capital allocation
• Financial planning, forecasting, and long-term modeling (including IPO readiness)
• Building and leading a lean, scalable financial infrastructure
• Providing clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support rapid and sustainable growth
• Own and optimize cash flow, costs, and overall financial performance
• Build financial systems that ensure transparency without slowing down the business
• Partner closely with leadership on key financial decisions and growth priorities
• Contribute to long-term positioning, including preparation for a potential US IPO

• You have experience in a senior finance role (Finance Manager / Head of Finance / similar)
• You’re comfortable operating across both strategy and hands-on execution

• You take ownership and move fast without waiting for perfect structure

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, startups, or high-growth environments
• Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or IPO preparation
• Experience building financial processes from the ground up
