We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy ERP Support Consultant to join our team. We specialise in implementing and supporting business management and accounting software, helping organisations improve efficiency and grow through technology.
What You'll Do
- Support clients with ERP system issues and queries
- Configure and maintain business software solutions
- Provide guidance and user training
- Design and modify reports
- Manage change requests and system improvements
Work closely with our development team to deliver customer solutions
What We're Looking For
✅ Good written and spoken English
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
✅ Good Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Bonus Skills
- Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping knowledge
- ERP or Accounting software experience
- SQL knowledge
- Data import/export and data management experience
- Crystal Reports or other reporting tools
