JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a QA Engineer (Middle+ / Senior) to take ownership of product quality across our mobile application, web platform, admin panel, and APIs.
You will be responsible for manual and automated testing, release acceptance, regression testing, and continuous improvement of our QA processes and automation framework.

This is a key role for someone who understands the specifics of financial products, is comfortable working across multiple product layers, and wants to have a real impact on product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own QA for product releases across mobile, web, admin, and API.
• Plan and execute functional and regression testing using a risk-based approach.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Python or TypeScript and tools such as Playwright or pytest.
• Build and maintain test cases, checklists, and release coverage.
• Test financial flows, integrations, and third-party services.
• Identify, investigate, and clearly document bugs, working closely with developers and product teams.

• Support high-impact releases and ensure products meet quality standards before production.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 4+ years of QA experience in fintech, banking, payments, crypto, or other financial products.
• Strong understanding of financial flows: balances, transactions, holds, limits, statuses, and idempotency.

• Familiarity with Playwright, pytest, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with BDD/Gherkin and CI/CD.
• Confident API testing experience with REST, Postman, curl, and logs.
• Strong understanding of regression testing and release processes.
• Experience testing integrations, webhooks, authentication, and external providers.
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day QA work.
• English - working proficiency; Russian - international team language.
• Availability for at least 4–5 hours of daily overlap with Dubai (GMT+4).

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with KYC/KYB, compliance, sanctions screening, Travel Rule, limits, and restrictions.
• Experience with Flutter, iOS/Android testing, or mobile E2E automation.
• Experience with load testing or troubleshooting flaky E2E tests.

• Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience
• Vacation: 20 working days per year
• Sick Leave: 10 days per year

• Public Holidays: 8-10 days per year, depending on the holiday calendar of different countries
• Opportunity to work on a regulated digital asset platform and help shape its QA and automation processes.
• Opportunity to work with AI-powered QA tools and modern testing approaches.

About the role

As a Software Engineer (ERP), you design, build, and support the modules that make our own ERP system work—and keep it connected to Odoo. Your work helps every team in the company get the information they need, when they need it, and keeps our business running smoothly as we grow and adapt.

You'll work with IT and users across the company to develop, test, and improve our ERP, making sure it fits how we actually work. You’ll also move data between systems and help us avoid disruptions as we upgrade and expand.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain modules for our in-house ERP system, based on real user needs and requirements
• Build and maintain integrations between our ERP and Odoo using APIs and webhooks
• Plan and execute data migrations from Odoo and other sources, verifying accuracy and completeness
• Analyze software requirements and user needs to assess feasibility and scope of new features
• Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance
• Write and run tests, review code, and check changes in a test environment before release
• Document modules, interfaces, and data structures so others can support and extend your work
• Fix defects reported by users and IT support, and communicate solutions clearly

What success looks like

• ERP modules delivered according to the agreed project plan
• Integrations with Odoo run reliably, without data loss or duplicates
• All migrated data is complete, accurate, and verified by users
• Software releases reach production without breaking existing processes

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Several years (typically two to four) of experience developing, integrating, or maintaining ERP systems
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data migration tools
• Experience with version control, test environments, and documenting code and data structures
• Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for ERP or web development
• Ability to read and analyze user requirements, and translate them into working software
• Skilled at troubleshooting, debugging, and solving complex technical problems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with IT and end users

Nice to have

• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms
• Background in enterprise application integration or data migration projects
• Familiarity with database management and web platform development

Our client is looking for a Founding Account Executive to build its outbound sales efforts from the ground up.

The company offers a Shopify app that helps e-commerce merchants create better gifting experiences through branded gift cards, scheduled gift delivery, corporate gifting, and giftable subscriptions. The product serves businesses looking to improve the customer experience and unlock additional revenue opportunities.

Until now, growth has primarily come through the Shopify App Store. The company is now looking to build a predictable outbound sales pipeline, establish relationships with high-potential merchants and agency partners, and drive new business growth.

This is not a traditional Account Executive role with an established pipeline, predefined sales playbook, and marketing team generating leads. You'll be the first dedicated sales hire, working directly with the founders to define the ideal customer profile, build the sales process, identify opportunities, and own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

If you're a hands-on sales professional who enjoys autonomy, knows how to open doors, and wants to have a direct impact on a growing SaaS product, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound sales function from scratch, establishing the processes, tools, and workflows needed to generate predictable revenue.
• Define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP), prioritizing Shopify Plus merchants and other high-potential e-commerce businesses.
• Research target companies, identify decision-makers, and build qualified prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Store Leads, Clay, or similar platforms.
• Develop and execute multichannel outbound campaigns through cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Own the full sales cycle, including initial outreach, discovery calls, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Sell the company's Enterprise solution, demonstrating how its gifting capabilities can help merchants improve their customer experience and generate additional revenue.
• Build relationships with Shopify agencies, technology partners, and other potential referral sources to develop new business channels.
• Work directly with the founders to leverage their existing network and explore new partnership opportunities.
• Set up and manage the CRM, sales engagement tools, pipeline stages, and reporting processes.
• Track key sales metrics, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Gather market feedback, identify customer needs, and share insights with the founders to help shape the product's sales strategy.
• Establish a repeatable sales process that can support the company's growth over time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales, with personal ownership of prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Experience selling SaaS products, e-commerce solutions, or services to e-commerce merchants.
• A track record of generating new business through outbound sales rather than relying exclusively on inbound leads.
• Hands-on experience creating cold outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and ideally phone.
• Experience researching target accounts, identifying decision-makers, and building prospect lists independently.
• Ability to define an ideal customer profile, prioritize accounts, and develop a structured outbound strategy.
• Experience setting up or improving CRM systems, outreach tools, pipeline stages, and sales reporting.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect product capabilities with customer needs and business outcomes.
• Comfortable working independently, making decisions, and building processes without an established sales playbook.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• C1-level English, with the ability to confidently lead discovery calls, deliver product demos, and negotiate with US-based business owners.
• Availability to work during US business hours.
• Willingness to work as a full-time contractor.

Nice to have

• Experience selling Shopify apps or other products within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Shopify Plus merchants and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
• Existing relationships with Shopify merchants, e-commerce agencies, or technology partners.
• Experience building agency partnerships, referral programs, or other indirect sales channels.
• Previous experience as a founding salesperson or one of the first sales hires at a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Store Leads, BuiltWith, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (LTV), retention, and conversion rates.
• Experience selling products related to gift cards, loyalty programs, customer retention, subscriptions, or upselling.
• Experience selling to US-based customers in a remote, international environment.

What You'll Get

• A founding sales role with real ownership. Build the outbound sales function from the ground up and shape how the company approaches new business.
• Direct access to the founders. Work closely with the co-founders, contribute to strategic decisions, and see the direct impact of your work.
• A live product with an existing customer base. Focus on expanding the reach of an established Shopify app rather than selling a product that has yet to find its market.
• Freedom to build your own sales process. Choose the tools, experiment with outreach strategies, refine the ICP, and develop a repeatable approach to generating revenue.
• Company-funded sales tools. Get access to the tools needed to research prospects, run campaigns, and manage your pipeline.
• An international, remote-first environment. Work remotely while collaborating directly with the founders and an established development team.
• The opportunity to shape future growth. Help establish the foundations of a scalable sales operation as the company expands.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

This position is ideal for a hands-on, hunter-type Account Executive who enjoys building rather than inheriting a sales process.

You know how to identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and turn those conversations into paying customers. You're comfortable writing your own outreach, running your own demos, negotiating commercial terms, and taking responsibility for the entire sales cycle.

You don't need a ready-made pipeline, a detailed playbook, or someone telling you what to do next. Instead, you enjoy figuring out what works, testing your assumptions, and turning early successes into a repeatable process.

You'll have direct access to the founders, the autonomy to shape the outbound strategy, and the opportunity to make a measurable contribution to the company's growth.

If you're ready to own the entire sales journey and build something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you!

Let’s Build the Future Together!

We are a senior engineering team hiring a backend engineer for a long-term role inside a client's product team. The client is a product company with a large user base. We share its name only with engineers who pass our technical call.

Engineers there shape what gets built, not only how, and work directly with product people.

What matters most to us
• You have built a product that people use every day, and you can point to the parts you owned
• You think about the person using the product. You question a feature when it does not serve them and suggest a better one
• Experience with creative, media or design products, or with shipping AI features to users, is a strong plus

What you will do
• Build and scale backend services in Go
• Run background jobs reliably, with queues, retries and idempotent steps
• Turn new capabilities into features people actually use
• Work with a cloud stack, message queues and APIs

You should have
• 3+ years of Go in production and 5+ years of backend work overall. If you come from a strong product team and work in another language, apply anyway and tell us how fast you would pick up Go
• Experience owning parts of a production system end to end
• Fluent English for daily work with the client team

The role is full time, 40 hours a week, long term, with a working day that overlaps European business hours. Individual engineers only, no agencies.

How we hire: a call with our CTO about your product work and your code, then a call with the client's team. Both are live, with screen share and without AI assistants.

To apply, open your application with a link to a product you helped build and one sentence on what you owned in it. Applications without it will not be read.

Our client is a Ukrainian media buying team in the iGaming industry, successfully operating in the market for over 4 years.

Our greatest value is our people. Our competitive advantage is our ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience working with e-commerce / D2C brands.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads and a solid understanding of performance marketing principles.
• Proven experience independently launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce unit economics: CAC, LTV, AOV, contribution margin, MER, and payback period.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to test hypotheses independently and quickly identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Management: Build and lead the UA / Media Buying function, manage the team (goals, development, and performance), and oversee media planning and forecasting.
• Media Buying & Scaling: Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and other paid channels.
• Test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and hypotheses.
• Analytics & Metrics: Analyze CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, and LTV across cohorts, funnels, and offers.
• Meet growth and profitability targets.

What We Offer

• Work format: Remote.
• Impact & Autonomy: Work with our own e-commerce products, with a high degree of autonomy and the freedom to test and implement hypotheses.
