Requirements:
— At least 3 years of relevant experience in Crypto investments, VC, CVC, corporate development, M&A, or related areas.

— Deep practical understanding of Crypto and Web3.

— Strong knowledge of DeFi, L1/L2, blockchain infrastructure, tokenomics, and crypto business models.

— Understanding of the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to DD, investment decision, and portfolio monitoring.

— Ability to independently evaluate Web3 projects and form a well reasoned investment opinion.

— Experience with AI tools and automation.

— Strong operational and organizational skills.

— Ability to build, document, and improve processes.

— Ability to coordinate a team and ensure consistent delivery.

— High ownership and independence.

— Strong analytical and communication skills.
 

Responsibilities:
— Manage the day to day investment pipeline and ensure projects move through the defined process.

— Coordinate Investment Research Analysts and control the quality and timing of delivery.

— Manage Jira, project statuses, ownership, deadlines, SLA, and backlog.

— Run operational team syncs.

— Translate strategic tasks and processes defined together with the Head into concrete execution and results.

— Conduct and coordinate project analysis and due diligence.

— Review investment materials and formulate recommendations.

— Develop and improve investment workflows.

— Support the Builder Program.

— Participate in sourcing and relationship building with founders, VC funds, and ecosystem partners.

— Support the development of CVC and strategic investment activities.

— Participate in strategic transactions and potential M&A searches.

— Use AI and automation to improve process efficiency.
