    We are looking for a Coaches Success Coordinator to support users via live chat and deliver a great customer experience.

     

    Your future responsibilities include:

    • Handle customer inquiries via live chat (Intercom) in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience by effectively resolving issues and supporting users throughout their journey.
    • Work with freemium users and guide them toward paid plans by explaining the value of access to a real professional coach.
    • Provide supportive, empathetic guidance and suggest basic self-help approaches aligned with the product’s purpose.
    • Document conversations and updates accurately in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the team to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
    • This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

    Needed experience & skills:

    • At least 6 months of experience in customer support or a related field.
    • English level B2+.
    • Clear communication skills, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Ability to solve problems, think critically, and pay attention to details.
    • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Intercom is a plus).
    • Proactive, adaptable, and open to feedback.

    You will own and continuously improve N-iX-wide client-facing content that supports business development: case studies, capability/solution presentations, and other sales-enablement materials. Your work will help teams explain N-iX delivery outcomes and technical expertise clearly, consistently, and credibly across domains.

    Responsibilities

    • Own SDO-wide production and maintenance of case studies, one-pagers, and PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations for business development needs (primary focus).
    • Drive the full content workflow end-to-end.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-oriented narratives, selecting the right level of technical depth for a business development audience.
    • Maintain consistency across existing materials by applying and evolving templates, tone/voice, structure, and terminology (a “single standard”).
    • Embed and maintain supporting visuals (simple diagrams, flows, architecture overviews) that strengthen the story and improve comprehension.
    • Ensure materials are accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with internal confidentiality rules (including what can/can’t be shared externally).
    • Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate drafting, summarization, and analysis—while ensuring final content quality and factual correctness.
       

    Requirements

    • 2+ years (or equivalent) experience in technical writing / solution writing / technical communications with a portfolio of case studies and/or presentations.
    • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage reviews: comfortable interviewing SMEs, driving feedback cycles, and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong writing skills in English: clarity, structure, concise phrasing, and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
    • Strong presentation/document craft:
    • Tools: confident with PowerPoint / Google Slides, Google Docs, Confluence, and Jira (primarily for process/task tracking). Google Gemini/ChatGPT/Claude for working with content.
    • Ability to handle multiple parallel requests and prioritize by business deadlines.
       

    Nice to have

    • Experience with sales enablement content (capabilities decks, solution overviews, pitch support), and/or with structured content libraries and template systems.

    As our Media Buyer (focusing on Meta), you’ll own the end-to-end process of media buying: from strategy and setup through optimisation and scaling, to reporting. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute media-buying strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
    • Perform campaign set-up: audience segmentation, creatives briefs, tracking setup (UTMs, conversion pixels).
    • Manage large budgets. Take responsibility for thousands of ad dollars daily. Allocate spend efficiently across Tier 1 GEOs and campaign types to achieve maximum performance.

    What You Bring:

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands.
    • Proven track record of driving scalable growth (strong ROAS/CPA outcomes).
    • Deep understanding of paid-media mechanics, attribution, bid strategies, funnel dynamics and analytics.
    • High comfort level with data: Excel/Sheets, Meta Ads Manager. Bonus: experience with tools like Looker, BigQuery, Supermetrics.
