• Own and continuously develop a high-quality pipeline of new capital sources (not existing/internal leads)
• Drive capital commitments into:
  • Private market opportunities
  • Secondaries and private credit
• Coordinate with product and investment teams to match allocator demand with opportunities
• Represent GammaPrime in investor meetings, conferences, and private capital introductions
• Focus on investors with ticket sizes of $1M–$50M+ requiring high-expertise handling
• Represent GammaPrime in allocator meetings, conferences, and closed-door capital introductions
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with strong emphasis on results
• Ability to travel internationally, including to the United States; candidates should be eligible to obtain an ESTA or hold a visa that allows business travel to the U.S.

Required Background:

Candidates must have:

• 7–12 years of work experience in capital raising, fund placement or distribution for:

• Hedge funds
• Venture capital funds
• Private equity or alternative asset managers

• Direct experience selling to professional allocators (not retail)
• An existing, active network of allocators (family offices, UHNWI, sophisticated investors) that can be leveraged immediately

• Strong experience in originating new relationships (not just managing inbound or existing clients)

• Prior roles at one or more of the following:

• Placement agents
• Private market investment platforms
• Private banks / UHNW desks
• Alternative asset managers (IR / distribution)

• Demonstrated capital raised:

Minimum €/$50m cumulative across prior roles

• Deep understanding of private markets, including private equity, private credit, and secondaries

• Ability to articulate:

• Allocator decision processes
• Ticket sizes
• Investment committee dynamics

Вашими основними задачами на даній позиції будуть:
- Просування мобільних додатків (ігор);
- Запуск, оптимізація та ведення рекламних кампаній з різними рекламними сітками та майданчиками;
- Вивчення та аналіз ринку, пошук нових каналів;
- Робота з дизайнерами для створення креативів: A/B тестування та оптимізація;
- Оцінка нових каналів: проведення тестових запусків та аналіз результатів.

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

• Має комерційний досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді в GameDev або продуктовій компанії (виключення: iGaming/ Betting/ Crypto/ e-com) - від 1+ року;
• Буде перевагою досвід роботи із закупівлею мотивованого трафіку по CPE-моделі, розуміння специфіки закупівлі CPI, ROAS optimization;
• Має досвід роботи з мережами Fyber, TapJoy, Mistplay, будь-які sourse incent traffic;
