We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Python-based test automation, API testing, and working with databases, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD processes. This role involves maintaining high-quality standards and supporting the delivery of reliable software in an Agile environment.

Job requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Python (Pytest, Requests, Playwright)
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
• Basic SQL knowledge, preferably with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD or similar)
• Strong experience in regression testing, defect management, and overall quality assurance across multiple releases
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with trading platforms or financial domain projects
• Experience testing high-load or real-time systems

Job responsibilities

• Reviewing and testing new features, user stories, and bug fixes from current sprint
• Performing exploratory testing sessions to discover edge cases
• Writing and updating automated tests for new functionality
• Maintaining test documentation and updating test cases
