Senior/Lead Business Analyst with PM background (IRC303515)

Job Description

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data products
Solid understanding of data analytics and data engineering concepts
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Needs strong English language understanding and communication to interface with internal stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with Data Platforms & Data translation requirements for developers

Job Responsibilities

Regular communication with the client and 3rd party managers
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear data and analytical requirements.
Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is clear and transparent to all
Routinely collaborate with teams on issues, the applicability of functions, technology solutions, usability, functionality
Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders/customers
