The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Lead – Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the architecture, quality, and evolution of our frontend systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will guide frontend development standards, mentor engineers, collaborate closely with Product and UX teams, and deliver high-performance, scalable, and elegant user interfaces that power complex financial workflows.

What You Will Do

Technical Leadership

- Shape Almus analytics strategy and align it with business goals
- Regular analytical briefings with CEO, supporting strategic decisions with data

- Direct collaboration with Group CDO - methodological alignment, data standards, and operational sync on quality and processes.

Team Management
- Lead a team of 8 senior specialists (Lead, DA, DS, BI) - prioritization, growth, quality control
- Build analytics processes, data governance, documentation
- You're a player coach - you set the standard, and you're not afraid to dig into the data yourself when it counts
- Response speed & accountability - establish SLAs, ensure the team delivers on time and with actionable recommendations, not just ‘data is correct’ answers.

Analytics Ownership
- High-level growth analytics - funnels, retention, LTV, unit economics, cohort analysis
- Strategic oversight of the attribution stack (Adjust, SKAN, MMP) - understanding how it works and where to improve
- Product analytics - A/B testing, product metrics, monetization

What will set you up for success:
- Experience: 6+ years in marketing / product / BI analytics, including 3+ years as Lead or Head
- Leadership: Proven track record managing analytics teams (5+ people: Data Analytics, BI Analytics, Data Scientists) and navigating multiple stakeholders with competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of performance marketing and product metrics - ability to translate data into business decisions at C-level
- Tech Literacy: While this is a leadership role, you must be comfortable with our stack - SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, Python.

Python Developer (FastAPI / Django / Flask)

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask in production-level projects.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and server-client data flow.
• Solid knowledge of Python core, OOP, and clean code principles.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQLite.
• Practical experience with SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, or similar tools.
• Understanding of software architecture basics and API design principles.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• English level — B1+ for technical communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with asyncio, background jobs, or task queues.
• Familiarity with Celery, Redis, or message-based processing.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployments.
• Understanding of performance optimization and debugging backend bottlenecks.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI / Django / Flask.
• Design and implement scalable REST APIs and business logic for web products.
• Work closely with NovaCore’s engineering team to deliver reliable backend functionality.
• Integrate external APIs, internal services, and data sources.
• Review and optimize code for readability, maintainability, and performance.
• Research and resolve issues using official documentation and trusted technical resources.
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress proactively.
• Keep client/company tracking systems and repositories up to date.
